Shipping + Order Policies
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2 -3 business days of receipt, excluding custom items. We select shipping carrier based on the size and weight of your order, but in general please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. We strive to have inventory for all items available, in some cases we need to make items to order. Shipping times may take longer during peak times such as over the holidays. Teaselwood Design is not responsible for transit times once we have handed your order off to the shipping carrier.
Expedited shipping is available! Expedited rates requested after 2 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Heavyweight, oversized or items requiring freight shipping will be noted as such on the individual product page. Contact us for a shipping quote on these items. You may be billed a second time for the shipping charges on such items.

Returns + Exchanges Policy
At Teaselwood Design we're passionate about offering the highest quality craftsmanship and we're confident you're going to be thrilled with your purchase. That said, if you don't love something, we will gladly work with you to find a perfect replacement.
Purchases may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Return shipments must be dated within the 14 day return limit. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
To return an item, contact us for a return shipping address using the subject line “Return Claim” and we'd be happy to help out. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a store credit coupon at that time.
• Ensure your item is in new/unused condition and includes any original packaging.
• Please enclose a copy of your receipt.
• Returning an item over $75 in value? Consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance. We can't guarantee receipt
of your returned item.
• Vintage, one of a kind, perishable, clearance and sales items may not be returned.
• All sales on custom orders, including tables and benches, are final.
We make every effort to ensure that your package gets to you in perfect condition. That said, damages can happen from time to time in transit. If this happens to you, we request that any damages be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us with a photo and description of the damage and we'll happily work with you to replace your items. Oh, and no worries! Shipping charges are on us both for the returned item and your shiny new replacement item.
We collect 8% New York State sales tax on all order shipping within New York.
It doesn't happen often, but every once in a while items may be oversold at the time your order is placed. All backordered items will ship as they become available, so your entire order may not ship together. That said, we'll contact you if anything from your order is backordered and keep you in the loop about when you might expect your items to arrive.
